The Committee for Action Program Services (CAPS) is a non-profit Science and Technology Organization that is located in Cedar Hill, Texas. The primary objective of this organization is to offer professional development to K-12 Science Educators and enrichment programs for students who seek careers in science and technology.

Mission: To provide professional development for K-12 science educators and encourage minority students to seek careers in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematic (STEM) fields.
Vision: To provide science education workshops and programs for K-12 science educators in the United States; To provide science enrichment programs for minority students in K-12 in the United States; To build a community laboratory system that will provide research and analytical experimentation opportunities for K-12 science educators and minority students
Philosophy: Students can reach their full potential when education is taught with passion, excitement and creativity.
